Hipolito F. Garcia Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse works well with both. There is aPost Office and a Courthouse. However, it is truly attractive, especially at night. Need to go through security, but worth it to visit this original Post Office and Federal Court building. The time line murals in the lobby are a nice addition and the security staff are friendly!

In the vestibule, open to the public, is a group of murals by Howard Cook painted in 1939 in true fresco technique, painted on wet plaster, that tell the story of San Antonio's Importance in Texas History.
