Superb collection, excellent service. We buy something whenever we visit the island. They also ship.

Beautiful PNW Native art
Sep 2020
The gallery is lovely, with very interesting and unique art. Definitely worth a visit! The original art is quite pricey, but the prints and other items are very reasonably priced and high quality.

Amazing Gallery

They put on special shows by artists mainly from the Pacific North West. Very nice place to spend some time. The staff are very well informed and willing to share their knowledge. Thanks. Been here before and will return

A Celebration of the Soul
Aug 2019
The Arctic Raven Gallery is one of a kind on San Juan Island. Our friends always love visiting - and typically bring home gifts. There is an assortment of items, ranging from very reasonable to - well, reasonable for the quality of the item (meaning, very expensive).

But they are unique; and some are show-stoppers. Recently, the owner has ventured 'back east' to the Iroquois tribe (new talent) and some of their art is just beautiful.

High End

This is not your usual tourist town trinket shop. The art work in this store is quality all the way. Yes, you'll pay for it, but you'll get what you pay for.

Gallery Treasures

I loved visiting this gallery which had beautiful native artifacts. It’s easy to find in First Street. Look up for the Arctic Rabin Gallery signage on the left side of the street off Spring Street. I found a beautiful carved owl of walrus tusk for a friend and there were numerous items I’d love to purchase in the future. It’s like a little museum with helpful staff.

Basically a museum where you can buy things!

Simply amazing native art. Mind-blowing. What I really liked was that while I could not afford the really high-end stuff, they also sell some lower priced but still really NICE artwork that I COULD afford. After years of wanting one, I finally got my own native orca for my house (see pic). It was reasonably priced and I just love it.

This is a gem of a Native PNW gallery. The owner Lee Brooks deals directly with the artists, visits reservations all the way to Alaska to find the best artists and works available . Highly recommended for quality and fair prices

Lots of lovely things to see. Some items were higher priced, but worth the cost. Friendly staff. And, there was a discount table upstairs with some fun items.

Great place for good variety of native artwork
Jul 2018 • Couples
We went in here while we were waiting to board the ferry. Had a nice visit with the owner as my wife and I had been to the museum at the University of Fairbanks and he knew the owner there and had visited himself.

I thought there was a very good selection, and variety, of native American art in the gallery, as well as price points. There was work done in wood, ivory, bone, stone, etc and some very nice pieces. We ended up purchasing a baleen carving of 2 Orcas swimming to add to our collection. I thought prices were in line with similar work we have purchased at other galleries.

The owner printed out information on the artist who did our piece, as I saw him do for another couple as well, which I thought was a nice touch.

I think this place is definitely worth a stop even if you just want to admire some nice artwork.
