What a fun day that was. Great, funny, educational instruction from Chef Michelle Chavez. Learned some amazing history of New Mexico and the cooking here. Learned some great tricks as well. DO IT!!

Overcrowded, very impersonal, and extremely skimpy on chocolate. Some ire mixed up my wines and was rude. He was uncommitted to the spirit of the event.

Yes. They give you a printed pamphlet with the recipes in it and space to take notes. This class was great.
