Boasting a newly redesigned and vibrant atmosphere, La Fiesta Lounge is the best location in Santa Fe for sampling casual, regional cuisine and dancing to local musicians. Also a lively Santa Fe restaurant, the lounge features a New Mexican luncheon buffet daily, as well as a variety of menu selections. Your meal is best complemented by one of La Fiesta's signature margaritas or martinis, true masterpieces designed by our resident mixologists. Enticing cocktails coupled with a delectable selection of cuisine guarantee that our guests are never left wondering where to eat, drink or dance in Santa Fe. And, when you need to wake up, come visit The Wake Up Call, our coffee bar just off the lobby and treat yourself to a creamy Caffe Latte or frothy Cappuccino or even a delicious smoothie or pastry to go. Open at 6 am.

This place had it all - good food, country and western music you could dance to, and comfortable seating. It closed for renovations in the winter. Now, the bar could be in any airport. Some of the tables are too small to put a chair under. The menu has been revamped - not for the better. And the dance floor... More

Dear Jane G, Thank you for your review of La Fiesta. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience in the bar and are unhappy with the renovation. A lot of research was done to ensure we brought elements of the past into this new bar design. The former bar design that you are referencing was last renovated... More

We had lunch here three times on our latest visit to Santa Fe. Once again the food and service was very good. We both enjoyed the green chile enchiladas and the Lamb sandwich. We have tried the southwest food at other restaurants, but we seem to always prefer the food at the La Fonda. We will definitely return on the... More

I always go to the La Fonda for the live music and am usually entertained. I was here in October and again in January and I have to say the music SUCKED! They need a band that keeps things lively and the jazzy one in October and the HORRIBLE female performer New Year's weekend left me shaking my head. Our... More

You know the ones....when you walk into a restaurant and you get the feeling that you should turn around and leave? Why didn't I listen? After looking at the very limited menu, we decided to go to the buffet table. It had very limited choices and as we soon found out, the taste was nothing too exciting. Unfortunately, the meal... Stopped in to listen to the Bill Hearne trio play country swing and some bluegrass on a Wednesday evening. An older clientele but energetic dancers. Fun to listen to and have a drink. Enjoyable evening.

After walking around Santa Fe on New Years Eve afternoon, we were ready for a cold drink. The drinks and service were a bit above average during a period when the La Fonda was crazy with visitors coming and going. They had some sort of light food buffet set up and while we didn't participate, the offering did look appealing.

I read the reviews for this place and we decided to try it. The food is awful and the margeritas terrible. I recommend you go elsewhere.

To be honest, I'm not a HUGE fan of Margaritas. Some places make really bad ones with mixes and all you taste is the cheap Tequila that they use. Well.....I PROMISE you that if you go to La Fiesta Lounge in La Fonda Hotel, you will be VERY glad you did! I urge you to get the "Silver Coin Margarita."... More
