We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We go to the mall at least once a month and we actually would be there more often if they had way more charging stations OTHER than Tesla. You wood think a mall in Thousand Oaks would accommodate more than 4. Vehicles.

Haven’t visited for the UK for 4 years but you can see the effect of Covid in the malls. Lots of closed stores & lots of empty space in the existing large stores. Macy’s is a disappointment, JC Penney had some decent deals. The whole area of Thousand Oaks & Woodland Hills is going downhill.

When the mall opened many years ago it was the best place to shop in Thousand Oaks. It was also the location of many community events. However, in recent years many stores have closed with out replacement tenants for the space. In addition many of the remaining stores have reduced their staffing. I no longer go there, unless no one else in town has what I want.

They have all the good shops, and eateries, and the mall has a really relaxed feel about it. My teenager loves the Forever 21, and there are even places for mom to shop.

My wife and I live reasonably close by and stop by here many times.
Right in the shopping mall itself, close to one entrance, are two restaurants, one of which is Cheesecake Factory, and Stacked on the other side. Jewelry store, Apple store, Williamson-Sonoma, plus high-end shops.
There are many places to eat, some of which are chain.
Department stores are within the mall also. Build-A-Bear
There's also movie theaters.
Across the mall is a Firestone Auto Care, which is convenient to drop off a car for oil change, maintenance, which I've done many times.
Lots of stores

I had a fun time shopping at this very nice shopping center in Thousand Oaks.

I also dined at Lazy Dog.

The shopping center also has a movie theater, Build a Bear and food court.

This is a nicely designed, high end open/closed mall with an Apple store. The stores are beautiful, the people or beautiful - you get the picture.

Large regional shopping mall and a place to hang out. Even though they have made great efforts to upgrade it still has the 1980's vibe. Long two story interior corridor attached to a new outside wing.the newer food court is mainly family fare and lacks the diverse food choice fount in the Topanga Plaza mall. Nice selection of stores.
