Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Such a cool place with a museum and the most friendly and helpful staff. As well as being a bus stop, community meeting space, and concert venue Harrigan Hall also has a museum and visitor services. Staff are always available and super helpful if you need direction or recommendations. Located right in downtown only a block from Lincoln street for easy walking to and from.

Meeting venue with a museum, bathrooms, water fountains, full commercial kitchen and harbor views. Booth in the lobby which provides tourist info and concierge services. Free wifi and coffee. Museum for a small fee located inside. Located in downtown Sitka this is where the cruise ship bus drops off and picks-up.

The building itself is not much to see except for some excellent photographs. The museum was a disappointment and not worth the $3.

This is where the tour busses pick up and drop off. Everyone was nice and helpful, and it is interesting to walk around. The museum itself was not p enough when we were there.

A main meeting place in central Sitka, which isn't that big afterall, and a nice local museum. I get the impression that many events are held in this venue. There was a mermaid festival held there over Labor Day weekend, and they had a great live concert playing outdoors. A brief visit is all that's needed.

We enjoyed the Sitka Summer Music Festival in this hall, which has arguable the best backdrop for performances anywhere. Staff was very helpful, even when we went in after hours.

The stage, and backdrop for the stage was amazing. The Artists for the Sitka Music Festival performed here on Friday and Saturday nights. Interesting to see the guests and even the artists, watching the bald eagles fly by outside, during the concert. There are plenty of displays in the buildingl set up, featuring local artists. I understand a small museum is also under construction. If you visit during cruise boat season, you will see many people in the lobby, enjoying the free wifi.
