Oakland Mansion is decorated all year long. My favorite is October for Halloween and December for Christmas. The Grounds are beautiful and educational. It is an absolute must see all year round in Murfreesboro Tn. Only 25 mins from Nashville. 😊 Enjoy!! C Fox

I took my mother here for a tour and our tour guide was awesome! He was very informative about the mansion but also about the era. The mansion is beautifully renovated with some amazing vintage Civil War pieces. A really great attraction!

Take a step back in time. The furnishings, china, crystal, the home will bring you right back to the Civil War Era. A great experience for all ages. The staff is so helpful.

We love the Oaklands Mansion and especially love their fall special events. If you take a tour in October, you will learn about the Victorian mourning customs observed at that time. Also, we went on a Flashlight night, which was a dark tour of the...More
