We've never been to Flagstaff before and I had this place first up when we arrived as a central place to gather information about the area. These types of places are hit or miss when traveling. You either get a little old lady (sorry) sitting there not being helpful or you get a place like this. They were fully staffed... More

The visitor's bureau in Flagstaff is not user friendly. The staff are rude and put out if asked questions. There is little found about the attractions located in and around Flagstaff. Recommend that you don't waste your time. Ask locals sitting outside of a restaurant or bar where things are and what they recommend!

There are tons of brochures and maps available. They also have a nice little gift shop where you can pick up reasonable priced souvenirs. Take a few minutes to sit... More

THE people at the visitors bureau gave me some ideas on what to do and answered all the questions I had. The man gave me the maps that I needed and suggested some things to do that I had not heard of..
