Have enjoyed the Art Fest years ago. One of the few bright spots in a delapidated city. Interesting buildings and some good businesses. Needs more police surveillance but otherwise decent area.

It's a block from where I live. It's pretty lively and nice to walk around for the shops and food places. Compared to anything outside downtown Buffalo, this is pretty nice.I like seeing people and activities where I live. Makes the city more interesting.

Allentown is a relatively stable residential area in the city. By Buffalo standards it is gentrified, but by other city's standards it is just a middle of the road neighborhood in the urban core.
