This is an impressive experience. It is hard to believe what conditions some of our servicemen live under.

A one of a kind attraction. Where else do you get to go into a WWII submarine. Narration provided by audio player. Attached submarine museum has a great educational value.

This is usually included in the cost of the tour of the USS Missouri' and it is also a very interesting. Make sure you go inside if you can.

It's hard to imagine grown men living in these small spaces for months at a time, but a very cool experience to be inside a submarine!

What a beautifully preserved piece of equipment, in actual fact I was quite amazed how well these submarines were designed in respect to lay-out and how efficiently the available interior space was engineered to maximise efficiency. Don't write this off, make sure you have the...More

When touring the other WWII memorial sites, this is a great way to learn more about submarines. I had the unique experience of filming a segment of LOST here. Normally no one would get sea sick, and after sitting for hours inside rocking with the...More

The Bowfin is well preserved and interesting to tour. You can go from stem to stern to see the "compact" live submarine sailors lived in.

The Bowfin tour was very informative and fairly short. Which for tired feet at the end of the day was helpful. I found the submarine memorial very touching. I had no idea so many submariners had lost their lives. The ship was an interesting tour...More

I don't think so. I recall waiting for the Arizona film to start and then going out to the site but I think for the submarine you just go whenever.
