If possible, buy tickets in advance. This is not a spur of the moment place. You have to reserve specific time to be ferried across to the memorial. While you wait, there is plenty to see and do. A museum film explaining the attack as well as artifacts are part of your ticket price. Plan on spending at least an... More

This was easily the highlight of my trip. I thought the beach and scenic views would be the most memorable but you'll be hard pressed not to walk away with a new found respect for the men and women who gave their lives protecting US soil.

Really enjoyed the Home of the Brave tour. Visiting Fort Shafter and army bases, and museums - hearing how the attack unfolded on that fateful day. Then visited Pearl Harbor and a drive through Punchbowl National Cemetery. Ending with a visit to the Brewseum with lots of WWII memorabilia. Tour guide was very knowledgable and well organised.

Have been here before and this time we had a family member on their first visit to Hawaii. It is a great memorial to the fallen during that dreadful attack on Pearl Harbor The sheer carnage that was wreaked at this place must have been horrendous. Go pay your respects to the hundreds of men still entombed in The USS Arizona.

Very sombre place,to see the all the names on the memorial brings home just what a loss of young lives that never had a chance to reach their potential. Standing on the walkway and seeing the globules of oil, which they call the tears of the Arizona still leaking to this day is unbelievable.very moving.

USS Arizona is the resting place of 1,102 of the 1,177 sailors and Marines killed on USS Arizona during the Japanese surprise attack on Pearl Harbor and 51 survivors of USS Arizona joined their shipmates after they passed away. It is memorial place for them.

The tour was arranged with a local company who picked us up at our hotel and escorted us with a large group to the site. The site was very busy and it was a hot day, so shade was at a premium. A 30 minute film of the lead up to the attack on Pearl Harbour was provided and was... More

You can't visit Hawaii and not visit The Arizona Memorial. I can sum this tour up in one word. "MOVING". To be in the place where Japan pulled the U.S. into the war and so many of our men gave their lives is simply moving. To stand over the ship where many sailors are entombed into their final resting place... More
