Fantastic snorkelling bay. Nature at its best. $7.50 entry fee, take your mask and fins with you and enjoy the underwater spectacle. Could have stayed there all day.

Parking is limited so arrive early. The short video will educate you of the history of this bay. Theres a shuttle that can take you up and down if you wish. Its not very expensive. Dont have to pay if youre only going up..i think. Im not a swimmer but I managed to see several species of corals and fisheees!... More

The beach is beautiful and picturesque. There are many people who spoil the picture. The entrance to the beach is not free, but the beach is clean and beautiful, which is worth its money.

Even though this place is over taken with people and they charge $7.50 a person the stunning amount of different types of fish you get to see is amazing. The bay is a great place for those who have never experienced or are not experienced snorkeling. They rent the equipment so don't buy any for your trip and you will... More

I was there in march of this year (2017). Not to far of a drive from Waikiki area. Not many crowds this time of year and was able to get a ($) parking arriving at noon. I hear summer months you should arrive earlier in the morning. You then arrive at the visitor entrance and ($) pay to enter. Before... More

The place is well maintained, clean, with good restrooms and changing rooms. Be sure to buy your snorkel and mask instead of renting it in nearby places, since it is much more expensive to rent. Fins are a good idea but not a must if you are a good swimmer. If there is no parking available, park in the near... More

What a fantastic place to try the sport of snorkelling, enough instruction, good information on protecting the wildlife in the Bay, and sun to boot. Great to see SO many colorful fish in the course of a couple of hours of novice snorkelling!

What can one really say? This is a beautiful beach that is great for swimming and lounging around. Stay late in the evening to watch the sunset. Very romantic.

We got the 22 bus from Waikiki Beach for $2.50 each and with the $7.50 entrance fee this was a cheap day out for our best experience in Hawaii! (We have our own snorkel gear, but you can rent it there.) You snorkel right off the beach with thousands of beautiful fish! There is loads of shallow reef just teeming... More
