Nice offerings for everyone at this revamped mall in the middle of Waikiki. Exemplary and accommodating customer service from Noah and the team at the customer service desk on the ground level. Very friendly and highly recommend to all.

Our favorite Waikiki shopping center with great retailers, food and entertainment. On this last visit we went to Martin & MacArthur to look at a particular painting, and we also ended up having a great lunch at Mitsuwa Market and shopping at many of the stores. The best parking in Waikiki too!

My family and I liked the mall. It is very spacious, and has many places to relax. My son was able to play in the middle courtyard grassy area, which he certainly enjoyed. The Japanese food court has great tempura. We'd definitely eat there again. My wife was very happy that the customer service representative (Jun?) was able to speak with her in Japanese. She said that he was kind and helpful. We'd definitely plan to visit the International market Place again.

This location has really changed in the 39 years since we had been there. It is a fun place to visit and look at the stores. The third floor has restaurants. There are plenty of place to sit, relax, and people watch. ABC store good for items you forgot to bring.

Lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of people were seen either shopping or window shopping. Lots of people were also seen having meals at the restaurants. When we were there, we witnessed a show at the stage area. Enjoyable show.

International market has a great selection of stores and the customer service folks are amazing! I lost an item and they quickly got it back to me via mail within a day! Overall its a great place to shop and eat in Waikiki!

I must say that we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the International Market. Our hotel was nearby so we visited the restaurants and shops daily. The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. And not to mention the nighttime ambiance was simply amazing. On one of our visits we had the pleasure or meeting Noah and his customer service was stellar. They have almost everything you you could possibly be looking for with such a large variety of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend a visit.

Having spent three delightful hours capturing the beauty of Waikiki Beach, I was taken aback when, upon checking my bag, my newly acquired Samsung tablet was nowhere to be found. Realizing that I had inadvertently left it behind during my earlier restroom visit, I experienced a surge of anxiety given the substantial foot traffic within the mall during the intervening hours. Despite the odds, I decided to seek assistance and approached the customer service desk. There, I had the privilege of speaking with Noah, an individual whose exemplary service left a lasting impression. Expressing my concern about the lost tablet, I was met with unexpected relief as Noah informed me that the tablet had been discovered by the diligent housekeeping staff in the restroom. Their prompt and honest actions salvaged what seemed like a dire situation. I am sincerely grateful for the integrity displayed by the International Market Place's housekeeping team and especially to Mr. Noah for his commendable assistance. This experience has reinforced my belief that the International Market Place is not only a captivating destination but also a secure and trustworthy environment. Despite my oversight, the professionalism and honesty exhibited by the staff have left an indelible mark, reaffirming that visitors to this establishment are indeed in good hands. International Market Place is a great place for shopping and dining. Happy Hour is great at Herringbone and Stripsteak with amazing service. While there, we also needed to speak with costumer service (Derek) and he was very helpful and informative and answered all our questions. Parking is convenient with many stalls and cheap with validation considering it is in Waikiki. Will be visiting again real soon!
