An interesting small museum exploring the ongoing efforts to manage the Mighty Mississippi. Don't miss the seven-minute video. And, if you exit the museum toward the river, you'll find an interesting scaled replica of the Mississippi River basin, which you can walk through.

Want to find out about the History of the Lower Mississippi river---this is the place to go and as a bonus see and tour a real Mississippi motor vessel used by the Army Corps of Engineers. Excellent exhibits and information on the river.

Well kept museum with multiple interactive displays as well as an entire tugboat to tour. My youngest has been through several times and requests return visits. And admission is FREE

Wonderful museum. Small - but great displays and lots of information. Movie to watch for overview. I enjoyed it. Walked through in about an hour. You also get to tour a boat. (On land) Beautiful view of the Mississippi just beyond the museum.
