This has to be my favorite park ever, in the summer it's lush green grass and many trees beg for a blanket and a good book. The Fall is stunning with the changing of the leaves, color everywhere.

Wonderful for walking with or without your four legged pal. The aviary is fun to visit. Nice pond but watch for the goose poop.

This park is a favorite for our family as it has a pond to walk around, playground for young children, rose garden, lots of grassy areas, large shade trees and aviary to enjoy. One draw back is the playground can be very full in summertime...More

Pioneer Park is an Oasis loop for my busy chore oriented trips to Walla Walla. The stunning trees never fail to drop some relaxation into my schedule. The flowers are gorgeous and different. This is great even for a five minute escape!

This is a big, beautiful park. We walked it w/our daughter and her 5 month old golden retriever who got several surprises along the way from some of the geese in the aviary. It was a very nice way to spend a couple of hours.

Big park, lost of grass, you are for children and an aviary for various types of birds. Clean restrooms and a nice gazebo....a wonderful place to visit when in Walla Walla.

This is a great little park for wandering and we really enjoyed the aviary. Plenty of parking and clean restrooms. I can see why it’s the number one rated attraction in Walla Walla.

Pioneer Park is a nice oasis in the middle of Walla Walla. It was created at the turn of the century and boasts many trees over 100 years old, some of which are state record holders. How do I know this? There are proud displays...More

This is a fabulous park!! The trees are worth a visit for their age, size, and beauty. We especially enjoyed the aviary. I wish more parks would include an area like this which seems humane and offers a way to see unique birds. I would love...More

The park has an aviary that is free - many ducks, geese, and pheasants. There is a nice small rose garden. There are picnic tables scattered around, and ball fields.
