Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Whether it's day or night, Mt. Adams is the place to be in Cincinnati. Home to the Art Museum, Playhouse in the Park, quirky little shops and a multitude of bars & restaurants.
Start your day at the Art Museum then grab lunch at the eclectic Mt. Adams Bar & Grill.
Go shopping for wine, art or books and then grab dinner at the Mt. Adams Fish House, eat in kilns at Rookwood Pottery or dine on Asian cuisine at Theak.
Spend your evening eating ice cream at UDF while looking over a great view of the Ohio River Valley and then grab a pint of Guinness at Crawley's Pub or listen to some accoustic music at the Blind Lemon.

We have been going to Mount Adams for years just to get out and walk the gorgeous area and grab a drink and/or appetizer. Lots of history surrounding this area. We avoid Fridays and Saturdays because of parking but it is a lot of fun with plenty of Nite Life!

Mount Adams is one of those quaint "urban village" enclaves that hide away in cities which came into their own in the second half of the 19th Century. With spectacular views of the Ohio River and the downtown skyline, numerous popular and cozy restaurants and pubs, and outstanding architecture, Mount Adams is one of those "I could live here" neighborhoods. Mount Adams is close to many of Cincinnati's best features, including the Playhouse, Art Museum, Eden Park and the Krohn Conservatory. The Mount Adams Fish House is one of the most highly-regarded seafood places in the Midwest.

Mt Adams is a disappointing neighborhood. Sure there are views of Cincinnati and interesting turn of the century residential architecture to see. People expect interesting shops, cafes and restaurants in a true city neighborhood. Mt Adams has none of it. There are a couple of places littered around from bygone eras, but it’s really a desert. Enjoy your short visit, but there’s nothing to keep you here for very long. I would be frustrated if I lived there and expected a real neighborhood.

The BFF and I explored Mt. Adams after the art museum. A friend had told her about how it reminded her somewhat of SF and since that's where we met, we had to go see for ourselves!
It is a lovely locale with funky bars, hilly streets and a great view of the river. Blind Lemon was on our list of places to go and we stopped in to a couple of other places for rest and libations! Crowley's Pub had cheap drinks, Monks Cove had a great vibe! Were hoping for more shopping in the area, but hey, drinking works too!!!

Restaurants, old homes and buildings wonderfully restored, beautiful gardens, great night spots- bars and clubs, good shopping and antiquing- what more can one ask for in a hilly, fun part of the City.

This is church is a landmark even for unbelievers. For those who do believe, it is a consolation and destination, esp. on Good Friday when many in the region "make the steps." The interior murals were painted by Schmidt, the teacher of Duveneck and the called the "fra Angelico of Kentucky."

My wife and I recently went to Mt. Adams and ate at Teak Thai, which is among the best Thai food in Cincinnati. Mt. Adams is a great, hilly neighborhood. It is close to Cincinnati's beautiful Eden Park with its scenic overlooks of the Ohio River. Many of the houses and businesses in Mt. Adams have great views of downtown Cincinnati, the Ohio River, and Kentucky. Mt. Adams is close to the Cincinnati Art Museum and the Playhouse In The Park. Longworth's, The Blind Lemon Cafe, Mt. Adams Pavilion, and Mt. Adams Bar & Grill are some of the great neighborhood bars in Mt. Adams. Daveed's is a wonderful restaurant in Mt. Adams. The Celestial Steak House and the Rookwood Bar & Restaurant are great places to eat in Mt. Adams as well. A trip to Cincinnati is not complete without a visit to Mt. Adams.

This is an historic and unique neighborhood. I always enjoy driving up there and walking around. There are two gorgeous churches to visit too.

There are a number of bars and several restaurants on this hill, and mixed with vintage old houses. The views were great, but parking is difficult. There is a convenient garage but is quite small.

I will be traveling with a couple of people who have had knee surgeries. Is there a way to drive up to the church to see the views while avoiding all of the steps?

Can I Uber in and out to Oregon St. Sunday after 6:30pm?
Written 31 August 2018
There really is only one way to find out about Uber and that is to make a request and see if anyone responds. Knowing how flexible Uber can be my answer would probably be yes.
