Very plesent place. Nice clean restrooms. Plenty of food options nearby. When we were there, the ice skating rink was up and busy.

I believe that the German market that you are reference is 'Findlay Market' which is on the northwest side of downtown. I think that it is only open during daytime hours. It is better and livelier during warmer months
