Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We did a 4 day hike ascending mount Mgoun and a day visiting the waterfalls of Ouzoud. Mohamed took care of everything. Transport from Marrakesh to the valey from where the hike started, tents and equipment to camp in the mountains and delicious meals all throughout the day. You really notice the 15 years of experience Mohamed has being a guide in the mountains. I would already recommend people to visit Morocco only to be able to go on a trek with Mohamed. It was truly a magnificent experience! :)

I walked for six days with my family of four in the Atlas mountains in the company of a fantastic group, our guide, Mohammed, and 3 muleteers. The mountains were stunning and the green valleys and guided water systems very interesting. Mohammed was very attentive, always smiley and brilliant company. At every rest, we were offered little snacks like nuts and tiny cookies. The cooking every lunch and evening was delicious and plentiful. The best we had in Maroco.
This trek was very well organized and we were very sad when it came to an end.
My teenage sons (13 and 16), my husband, and I will treasure this memory for life. Thank you, Mohammed.

We walked for five days with my family and friends in the Southern Atlas in company of a fantastic group of guide and mule porters. We enjoyed a beautiful mix of dry landscape in the hills combined with beautiful green valleys and guided water systems. And at every rest during this relaxing walk we were offered the best moroccan mint tea ever and little snacks like nuts and tiny cookies. And the cooking every evening was delicious.
And all the details of this marvellous trek were organised by this perfect mountain guide and walking partner Mohamed.
It was simply perfect and a memory for the entire family.

Mohammed was our guide, Ibid and Hassan the muleteers; Mohammed's quiet and attentive leadership left us free to be ourselves and take in the terrain, while feeling safe and cared for. Having 3 adults caring for our group of 2 created a sense of family with laughter, teasing and learning about each other's ways and culture. The flexibility in planning Mohammed provides is extraordinary and compares to treks I've taken in the Himalayas with known trek guides. As an experienced backpacker in the US, this trip was high up there in terms of extraordinary terrain, organization and flexibility. Ask Mohammed for what you want and he'll deliver!
