We didn't really know what to expect when we decided to go to the Luminous Lagoon, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. We decided to book this trip through a local tour and not Thomson. So we stopped off at a sports bar next to the lagoon and had some rum punch, we then got on the boat to go out... More

If you have a hundred dollars us to blow, go ahead. By the time we reached the location I knew it was going to be terrible. The road was not well taken care of and the entertainment area was so ghetto. From the beginning you were hustled with buying a drink before getting on the boat and you were reminded... More

Booked luminous lagoon through Air Transat after friends recommended it and ended up being very disappointing. It did not glisten or shine colour like some people have in their pics. It wasn't vibrant colour and after about 20 mins in the water, it would not change colour as much and almost at all. It was expensive for what it was... More

Very unique experience to swim in one of only 4 in world lagoons that have bio-luminous waters. It's so neat to swim and have the water glow as you move, and if you lift your arm out of the water it looks like fireflies are all over you, very neat! Would recommend for sure!

This was a very cool thing to do at night.. I would go back but not go in the water as its a bit creepy to me, but I'm weird like that.. We were amazed by the water glowing and the children loved seeing the fish swimming and lighting up the water..

This is an once in a lifetime experience for sure. If you're in Jamaica, it is worth it to make the trip out. However, you most definitely need to go in the water to truly enjoy the experience. We went as a large group. So we were able to get a boat to ourselves. Starts with a short boat ride... More

We visited the lagoon during our trip to Falmouth while staying at the Royalton. We booked with a local from the beach as his price was half the resort's price. We paid $25. About 30 of us set out at about 6:30 over arguably dangerous waters. The ride was about 20 minutes. We did receive a good history of Falmouth... More

Very much worth the experience. Definitely should jump in the water to get the full effect. The water runs off your hands like glitter, I was completely amazed! Wear water shoes as the bottom is very muddy, but we weren't bothered by any creatures or fish. It was warm, and we had a blast! They do make you stay for... More

Wow,from the time you arrive until you depart you are entertained, dangerous fire blowing and limbo show, from a man who I bet does not have to shave.Always trying to include the guests in the show fun time and experience. What did let me down was the expectation of glimmering shimmering water that all advertisement shows, but when you get out on the water...
