If you want to see a once in a lifetime thing, you MUST see this. I booked through Viator and the driver picked us up on time. He had to stop for gas, which was fine, we grabbed snacks and bathroom break. We got to...More

I wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived. I didn't realize that you went on a boat and they took you out into the lagoon (I was expecting more of like a pool). But, it was a pleasant surprise. The bottom is very shallow...More

You go out on a boat to see the glowing water. Although we did see a glow it wasn't as good or as bright as I expected. However is a natural sight you don't see everywhere.

I have few good things to say about this excursion. The 10 minutes of swimming in the Lagoon was pretty impressive and surprising and something we will probably never get another chance to experience. However, we paid entirely too much for 10 minutes of entertainment...More

Visited the Lagoon on a clear night (Jan 30, 2017) and had a magical experience! (No rain day prior or day of visit; advised that heavy rains may cause colder water to stream down from the mountains which may diminish the glow?). The water glowed...More

By far, the best thing we did in Jamaica! Such a beautiful and rare natural occurrence - once in a lifetime experience for sure. Our JTL tour guides were phenomenal (Darlene & Chris) and kept us entertained.

We had heard from someone on our resort that this hour was a rip off so we were cautiously optimistic going in. But we were so impressed. The water really glowed! Very cool! And the limbo and firespitting guy at the end was simply awesome!

The sun was out all day so we thought the water would glow more at night. It is very shallow and are advised not to disturb the murky bottom.

Come here for a slower paced attraction. It is a nighttime event. The micro organisms collect energy from the sunlight during the day so they'll glow brighter on sunny days. You'll have to climb onto a small boat so I wouldn't say it was handicapped...More

About $25 us. We did not purchase. The darker the night the better the bioluminescence is.
