This was a great tour. To understand how tea is produced, the process of it and understanding the different flavours that Sri Lanka produces. A great host and very good tour

Disappointed to write this, but people need to be informed. I was looking forward to seeing the tea plantation, as we'd been to Vietnam, and visited a coffee plantation. Our homestay owner actually rang the factory to see if production was on, and they said...More

We enjoyed the tour with Rajha a lot! He has been working for the factory for 40 years and knows everything about plantation, harvesting, sells, quality.. No question was unanswered. The shop is really cute and the view great.

Came here in a group of 5 adults today for a tea factory tour. Rajha was an excellent guide - very informative and engaging. Able to tour all of the factory - hands on experience. Would highly recommend.

Tour of the factory gave is a good understanding of all the steps that go into making a good cup of tea and the different blends. Includes tea tasting at the end and a shop to buy tea from the factory.

The tea factory is open from 8-5pm but not sure if there is a cut off time for tours. Sunday there is no tea production so i would not bother visiting, but i believe it is not even open on Sundays
