Great museum with old masters, Renaissance art, and a collection of carriages. Much bigger inside than it appears on the outside.

Interesting display of horse drawn carriages through the ages. Nice friendly staff. Good modern and classical art galley above. Historic building with a fantastic view across Le Marche. Impressive statuary in the courtyard. Worth a visit.

Three varied experiences in one in a stunning building. Carriage Museum is unusual but very well laid out and informative. Civic museum has some amazing 16th and 17th century works and on the top floor modern art that is worth seeing.

Visited this art gallery while in Macerata. The modern art section is phenomenal with a good selection of local and other Italian art from the 20th century. The star piece was local artist Ivo Pannaggi with the best commentary I have ever heard on non-representational...More

3 euros gains admission to this amazing palace, the former home of a local noble family. Whilst there are very few pieces of furniture the ceiling frescos, cotto and marble floors are worth it alone, never mind the astonishing private art collection of old masters...More
