This is a VERY short foray into the old world of medicines and daily life of ancient folk from Modica's past. The guy running the place was very kind and for only 2.50 it's worth donating to the cause.

This is a very visitor friendly museum, with a charming guide, and we very much enjoyed our half-hour guided tour. The collection gave us an insight into the enterprise and ingenuity of our Sicilian hosts.

We spent a lovely 45 minutes at this museum - the young man was very welcoming and his English was excellent - he gave us a personal tour of the rooms which displayed many old artefacts of days gone by. Well worth a visit and...More

I have been there a month ago. It was an awesome museum. Museum Staff was very helpfull and has lots of knowladge. Thanks for your good service. I recommend to everybody about visiting there
