Using seasonal produce we prepared fresh pasta, focaccia (tommasini), cassatine and other traditional Sicilian dishes. Mauritzio speaks very good English and makes it very easy for you... More

We had a wonderful evening with Maurizio and his family, made a delicious meal and sipped local wine on the terrace . . . Highly recommend this experience!

A group of nine ladies and we all adored the evening cookery class. Mauritzio and Mama Maria guided us through the preparation of a traditional meal. We were delighted to sample the home grown olives, herbs and bergamot liqueur. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. The food delicious and the views stunning.

They even had two versions of menu items as my daughter has celiac and cannot eat wheat.... More
