About
I'm Vincenzo, the owner of the organic farm Adamo already in the third generation. I have been an agronomist since 1998 and before taking care of the production of grapes, olives and all the business practices, I visited several Italian farms and in various states such as Holland, Germany and California knowing the different agronomic practices and tasting the various local products. since 2006 I have also been involved in processing both grapes and olives on the farm, producing strictly organic wine and oil. It is myself, together with my wife Liliana, who has been welcoming guests who come to visit us in the company for about 5 years, our goal is to make them feel at home for the success of all experiences.

This was the highlight of our holiday. We were staying in trapani and did not have transport so Vincenzo organised this for us. The day involved tour of the vineyards and various buildings and then a dinner and wine tasting in their complex. Vincenzo and Liliana were the best hosts. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. The dinner cooked by Liliana was the best food we had all holiday. And the drinks were delicious too! I would recommend this to everyone in the area. Thanks for a brilliant day.

Adamo Bio was a fantastic stop on our trip to Italy. We visited their location atBaglio Florio fir wine tasting with dinner, a tour if the olive oil production, an overnight in their on-site accommodation and a half day cooking class with lunch. FABULOUS 24 hrs! Highly recommend!

an afternoon with Sicilian cuisine in the company of Vito and Liliana and her lovely daughters. We felt right at home. Brilliant school of Sicilian cooking performed by Vito (snare drums!!!). It was wonderful. Beautiful place, wonderful atmosphere, excellent local products. We recommend to everyone.

Liliana and Vincenzo were excellent hosts! Vincenzo took us around the farm and explained wine techniques, both old and new. Liliana provided appetizers and taught my friend and I traditional Sicilian dishes while we tasted their various types of wine. We both agree it was the absolute best, la megliore, cooking class we’ve taken so far in Italy and definitely some of our favourite wine. Please stop in if you are in Sicily, you’ll be very pleased!!

We visited today for a wine tour and lunch with our adult children. It was an awesome experience. The hosts were wonderful. The food and wine were absolutely first rate. We sampled the locally produced wines during the tour and over lunch. Highly recommended.

A friend who is from Sicily recommended that I visit Sicily and Adamo during my first trip to Italy. We could only fit one day into our trip but spending the day with Vincenzo and his family, learning about wine production, and doing a tasting with food pairings, was well worth the trip. I could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be back next year for a longer trip. His wine is AMAZING. It was some of the best wine that we tasted in our trip to France and Italy. I can't wait to go back.

This was a unique experience and discussion in wine making in Sicily, particularly in Alcamo. Vincenzo was fantastic and we really enjoyed speaking with him. Dinner was made by the wonderful Vito - who made sure we tried a range of typical dishes and wines and we left fully satisfied! Highly recommend and wish Vincenzo the best with the future of Baglio Florio and Adamo Winery :)

What a great day with Vincenzo and Liliana. Fantastic food and wine - make sure you have lunch - the best meal we had during our stay in Sicily. Great wines - all organic- so many to try. We had a great day and would highly recommend this tour.

We will be visiting Sicilia from 24 Sept until 27 Sept. On 25th we plan to go from Palermo to San Vito by our rental car. Can we just stop by Adamo Bio on the way having a quick tour at the winery and luncheon ? Do we need to pay entrance fee ( if yes, it is OK ). We have 02 person. Thanks

za 30 euro masz bezkresną degustację win oraz jedzenia w najlepszym, włoskim, wydaniu, przygotowanego przez żonę Vincenzo. Nie ma po prostu opcji by ktoś żałował wydanych pieniędzy. Plus wspaniała historia winnicy. Polecam kazdemu.
