We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We visited Trevi on a very hot day. We left our car at the bottom of the town and then walked up by the steep streets to the main square. Due to the hot day we soon found a cafe where we could drink coffee in the shade. A very charming town!

We spent a few hours during our holiday in Umbira in Trevi - a charming, hilltop town where time seems to have stood still. We dropped by the Tourist office (quite an interesting building in itsefl, with frescoed ceilings!) and picked up a map. We first reached the central square - Piazza Mazzini, and then walked aimlessly about exploring Trevi's little lanes with beautiful arches, dropping by the Church of St. Emiliano as well. Lots of little restaurants with folks enjoying their lunch outdoors. Very charming indeed.

We arrived shortly before the market was packing up for the day. Interesting but no different from markets in every town. Nice to walk around and we had a lovely lunch in the piazza watching the world go by.

An enchanted country, truly well maintained and with a very high quality of life. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, the historic center is really beautiful and offers excellent restaurants that guarantee local menus.

Sweet Umbria. Beautiful town, nestled among the hills full of olive trees. Relaxing walk in a delightful village, the very beautiful art gallery and museum in the former monastery of San Francesco

While traveling in beautiful Umbria we stopped in the village of Trevi surrounded by olive trees and got lost in its picturesque alleys fascinated by each of its buildings... not to mention the excellent food we tasted...

For those who travel sustainably, it is really complicated to reach. Bus practically non-existent, no on-call transport service, no bike sharing. Only walking from the station, uphill, on a long and not safe route. Buses from neighboring countries not feasible.
The tourist office provides a bad service (in our case it answered the third call).
How to reach the country must not be a 'problem' of the tourist, but a reception service.
