The tourist office is centrally located and cannot be missed with a small tourist information sign outside the building near the main road. There is also a small public bus stop across the road from it as well.
I dropped in a couple of times on my visit to Rjukan, as I needed to check on public transport options as these seemed to be quite limited. The staff member was really friendly and welcoming and was able to check bus timetables and give further transport information that was able to help in my planning. This was very much appricated. She also spoke excellent English and had brilliant knowledge of the local area and attractions.
They have a small shop together with a variety of different attraction brochures and information leaflets to take home with you. It's not massive inside by any means, but it doesn't have to be.

Popped in for some local information on walks and the area. Greeted by a very nice young lady who spoke perfect English and was able to give me lots of advice and information on the area and its walking attractions.

Nice and helpfull people working there.
They have a lot of brochures for free, and some to buy.
Fair prices.
It is in the middle of the town, easy to find.
