About
With a long history, The Bonded Warehouse serves the community. It can be hired for Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Corporate Training and Evening Activity Clubs. Built from 1799, the distinctive 3-storey round-ended building is set alongside the Stourbridge Town Arm Canal where boats moor permanently. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

They do canal trips from here including a Santa boat trip which is great for kids - I took my daughter many years ago. However other than that there's not much here but check the website it is good when they have events such as street food which I went to recently and enjoyed. Easy walk from the town centre.

2nd visit on the "Santa boat trip". Excellent experience. Has to be the best "Santa " attraction in the area. Price held from last year .30 min boat trip .10 mins with Santa with a choice of present. My wife and I had coffee and mince pie all for £7 each .Daughter's choice of present must be worth about £3 alone. Advise you book in advance. Got us all excited for the big day.

I was looking to purchase some marcasite jewellery at my favourite vintage shop in Stourbridge. I was advised by the shop owner to try The Bonded Warehouse. Lovely place to wander around and purchase unique gifts for someone special.... or a gift from you , to you!

We visited santa and wow totally unique way of visiting santa. The staff were warm and friendly and very welcoming. The boat trip was short but we were entertain by a charming chap with a fantastic Sense of humour who kept the excitement going of both adults and children. The grotto was perfectly thought out and again kids kept entertained while waiting. Santa was perfect and connected well with the children. The cafe was exceptionally well priced and good quality too. Highly recommend.

Visited the warehouse when we parked adjacent to it when starting a walk along the canal to visit the Red House Glass Cone. The outside of the building was interesting and seemed to be original. The door to the building was open at the time because a local community group were using the premises. We invited ourselves in to have a look around but it looked as if the inside of the original building had been altered somewhat to cater for current usage. The most interesting room might have been the one a the top of the stairs that was huge and was doubtless used as storage....the problem we had was that we couldn't find a light...so had to use our imagination....worth a look if you can get in and find the light!

Came here with our 8 year old son. The volunteers were excellent and really played the parts of Santa’s helpers excellently. The grotto was decorated really well and definitely felt very Christmassy. The boat trip was lovely but must say the whole experience was made by the people who do this all in their spare time for nothing.... the volunteers! Thank you.

So lovely to see a restored grade two listed building. I can imagine great wedding photo's outside the building! We went to look at the canal boats, narrow boats and barges. I was struggling with the cobble stones outside but so lovely to see. I would like to hire this for a special occasion, however too far away for me now.

No Frills Networking ran meetings there up to December 2015 and it is a fantasic venue for a medium sized corporate event.
A small kitchen allows for drinks and a minimal amount of food heating
Good facilities and right next to the Stourbridge canal basin allowing outside meetings in the summer. (Well sometimes anyway)
