About
The Highland Titles Nature Reserve is a uniquely funded conservation project. We sell souvenir plots of Scottish land to people all over the world and use the profits to manage the land as a nature reserve. Thousands of our customers visit the nature reserve each year to witness the progress made possible with their support. Improvements include walking trails, a 3-acre lochan, tree planting, benches along the way for quiet enjoyment of the surroundings and signage explaining the natural habitat. If requested in advance we will try to arrange for a local guide to help you find your plot, and if required, to get around the Reserve. Our vehicle is not always available and we cannot guarantee that a driver will be able to take you. Refreshments and lodging are available in a number of nearby communities.

My husband was given a laird gift so we made an appointment to see the plot. We were greeted by a friendly and very interesting and informative person who explained all what the reserve was about eg the introduction of Scottish wild cats. Also where the money was going and what projects they were doing. The reserve is open to the public without the need for an appointment. Fabulous and worthwhile place to visit.

What a wonderful place that is being saved in its natural state by this innovative idea to sell small parts of the estate. I'm very proud to be an owner here.

September 2021 , we missed 2020 because the world went mad , but have visited every year and sometimes twice since 2014 . It just gets better and better . Fantastic welcome from Stewart the reserve Manager . Watched the felling of the those gruesome pines , wow !! what a machine . Super tour and then went back three days later just to make sure we weren't dreaming . So that will be 12 visits and counting .

The team are doing amazing work managing the forest and restoring it to native species that will encourage and support the local wildlife, some of which is endangered. Each tour is individual and time was taken to find our little plot of land - there was time to stop and talk about the work being undertaken, to ask questions and to take photos. Our guide was knowledgable and enthusiastic. It is wonderful to follow the work being done and to see the videos of the animals and surroundings on the Facebook page. Thank you everyone.

Such a wonderful area to walk around. I am so very pleased that you have started to get rid of those soul-less ex-Forestry Commission stands of trees, and those areas will be planted with native trees. I know I probably won’t be around when they are mature, but what a wonderful heritage for our children. We just need more wildcats now!

I was very happy to see “my land” as a Lady of Glencoe. The employees have been very friendly and it was one of my highlights, when I visited Scotland!

Heather did a great job showing us around, even though the weather was poor.
We visited to see Laird and Lafy Baskerville's plots.
Great to show my parents what we had bought them for their 65th anniversary.
Good luck with your work there.
Thank you.
