Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Got this view from the train station and couldn't stop to take a pic because so eye catching. Beautiful church building standing in the greenery. Even white seagulls flying next to it and making me feel that I'm watching a Disney movie. It's so scenic but sad it was temporary closed so couldn't make a visit.

We walked up to the church but didn't go in as it was evening. It looks to be a nice church to visit or attend.

My parents were married here and my brother was Christened here. My Mum is originally from Porthmadog so this Church has some special family memories attached to it. It always looks lovely, especially when there is a flower festival on. The local ladies do an excellent job.

We attended the Sunday Holy Communion service on 9 Sept 2018. The service was conducted partly in Welsh and partly in English. We non-Welsh speakers were fully able to follow the service with the service books in both languages and the week's readings printed out in both languages.

But most importantly we were made to feel very welcome with the Rector and members of the congregation speaking to us before the service to make sure weren't going to be wrong-footed when they slipped into Welsh. And afterwards we were invited to coffee and biscuits with very cordial chats with some of the regular worshippers.

I went here with my Hubby on a Tuesday morning during the Easter Hols (we have been here once before out of season when it was closed). There was a sign by the gates saying the Church was open for prayer so we walked to the top of the hill. We were extremely disappointed that the building was all locked up and there was not a living soul in sight. The exterior looks like it needs a bit of T.L.C. However, there are a few wooden benches where you can sit quietly and admire the view (beyond Aldi).

Went to a service because my wife was singing in the choir - to my astonishment had a score shoved into my hand and had to sing the Hallelujah Chorus.

Walked up to the church. Lovely position with great views but sadly due to close in a few weeks. Just another Victorian chuch too expensive to maintain for a dwindling congregation.
