Gorgeous view from up top. The ruin itself maybe not worth the climb up the endless staircase, but the view of the town certainly is. Sitting up there, legs dangling off the rock wall, is quite an experience.

We climb the Tepozteco to get to pyramid at the top of the mountain. We started at 10:30 am but I suggest that start early, 8:00 am is my suggestion. The climbing is through a path of rocks and sometimes stairs carved on stone, but...More

A beautiful place - but a lot of walking....lol!! Prepare yourself! Prepare a back`pack for the afternoon....snacks, protein bars and lots of water! We spent about 6 hours hiking and about 300 + pictures! LOl. ENJOY!!
