Qeens Theatre feels underrated. While not as majestic as the venues in Manhattan or BAM in Brooklyn, the theatre provides a cozy, intimate vibe -- where every seat has a pretty good view dancer performance, we walked out satisfied and impressed with Flamenco dancers The theatre is located within the Corona-Flushing Park, close to the Queens Museum. I have know about the Queens Theater for years but I had never been inside until this past weekend. I was invited by the Yelp Elite group to see the show, "Murder for Two". Came here to see "The Queen Bees". It was a yelp elite event that brought me here. I never knew Queens had a theater until that day. It's a fairly decent sized theater and you can purchase small bites and sandwiches to eat. The architecture of the building is unique. You would have never suspected such a building to exist... If you don't want to go into Manhattan to fight the traffic & pay an arm and a leg for a show, then go to Queens Theatre! They have a terrific variety of dance, plays, childrens shows, etc. and all at afforable prices. You can get single tickets or buy a subscription to several. Another plus is the free parking... More
