The view from the lighthouse only loses for the view of the Valizas-Cabo Polonio trek. The fair is very cheap and the climbing is easy.

Cabo Polonio, despite being isolated, doesn't have many cool sights or places of interest to visit. This is probably the highlight of any visit to this village. The lighthouse is much more picturesque than the one in Colonia del Sacramento. On the way to the...More

A must-go when you're in Cabo Polonio. Save some time to see the animals around and go up the Lighthouse. A wonderful view, indeed!

It's a very dizzing climb to the top, but the views are well worth it! Make sure to bring a bottle of water with you if it's a hot day. Very helpful attendants.

The lighthouse is impressive itself, but also there is a big colony of sea lions in this area. Very recommended to come and see them when you are in Cabo polonio!

One of the few lighthouses still turned on and off by hand. Yes, it is a lot of steps to the top, but worth it. Go see it!

going to the lighthouse is a must do experience in Cabo Polonio. It's very cheap and not impossible to go up, but a bit claustrophobic. Anyways, great view and you can see all the village and the sea lions.
