We visited the Serpentario. It is not big, but it took us an hour to go through. The staff explained the different species, showed how you can identify poisonous snakes and demonstrated the difference between caimans and crocodiles. My son of 5 was mesmerized.

For very small money they are doing a really great job. Animals brought in are treated well and visitors are provided with an enthusiastic introduction on the mission of this sanctuary as well as on the animals kept there. Overall an good example in respect...More

Time you dedicate depends on how interested you are in learning. Owner very knowledgeable and will be happy to talk to you about snakes and scorpions or anything else. They also rescue turtles and other. Entrance is not expensive. They also carry antivenom for bites...More

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although this is a small exhibit of snakes, if you wish, you are able to hold a snake. Great for photo opportunities to share with your friends and family.

A small array of snakes - quite interesting to see the differences between some of the venomous and non-venomous varieties. A couple of other animals there but nothing too exciting. A little run down and not easy to find - you have to park at...More

This place was very small and they only had like 15 snakes. The snakes were in tanks that you could barely see through, so the glass maybe needs to be cleaned more often. They did have one snake out that you can touch and take...More

Not worth the entrance fee ($17 for 2 adults, 3 kids and one free toddler). Couldn't keep the attention of my young kids for more than 15 minutes, and they were more intrigued with the swings than the exhibits. It has around 20 tanks with...More

The way to here is nice. The place is verry small. You can make picture with a snake on you. But 4$ is verry much for that about 15 snakes there
