First of all when you are in an unknown territory and a nice lady name Argyro picks up the phone and give camly instructions about when and where your taxi is picking you up feels great.Secondly, the driver Manolis 33 is the safest taxi driver there is and he knows everything about football so he can keep a conversation on long distance travels. I have used the platanias taxi for our entire vacation and the experience was great from arrival to departure.We hope to visit Crete again soon!!!

We were 7 bridesmaid for 5days to a villa nearby platanias so we had a lot of transportation .
Argyro at the office was very helpful with smooth voice always ready to answer any questions.
All the drivers were on time and with a smile on their faces very friendly and polite Everything was clean .
We felt safe day and night were when we called them .
I introduce them to all of my friends who are going to visit crete.See you next year

Great experience with this company. Airport transfers were so seemless and competitively priced.
We spoke to a wonderful young lad called Panos who helped us booking a tailored trip to Imbros gorge. Worked out all in all cheaper by chauffeur than by tourist bus and a much nicer experience.
Very responsive on WhatsApp as well.
Don't hesitate to use these guys!

The person was driving me on route from Hotel Geraniotis Beach Platanias to Chania Airport. Unfortunately, his driving was very risky and dangerous, he was typing a message while driving fast and in the end he was clearly cheating on price. The driver was on the phone almost all the time and he had 2 (!) mobile phones in use.
He was also telling the other customers on the phone that he will come in 1 min (and our drive lasted for more than 20 min).
We paid more than using another company, for the same trip, on the same day. Couldn't pay by card, and didn't receive a receipt either.
Worst experience during my holidays. Avoid at all costs.

We would like some more information about your experience with our company and said driver.
What was your pick up location and destination and how much were you charged for this transfer?
About what you reported to us, if your transfer took place after 12am when the number of pending trensfers is lower office duties are taken care of by a driver who is responsible for sending the rest of our taxi cabs to different pick up locations. In your case the driver was definitely referring to a different car of ours arriving to another location! Regarding the payment by card, it is very unlikely that a taxi in chania will be equipped with a POS machine and in our case a call ahead to inform us is necessary since our POS machines are in our offices.

Very reliable taxi company!
Used them both on a 9-hour trip to Knossos, with stops in Heraklion and to and from Chania town. Nice drivers. Modern and clean cars. Book online or by phone. Instant booking confirmation by email. Fixed prices, but they will of course be happy if you tip. Recommended!

We have used the same taxi every time we needed one, so we wanted the same one for the airport.
We got a taxi in bad shape instead. Not our driver, will not use this company again.

We booked a taxi from Platanias to Rethimno today. it was the best trip we had so far. The driver was so nice, the car so clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend Platanias taxi 😊 . Thank you very much guys you are the best??

Great service. Arrange a taxi in advance from home and they will be waiting for you with a name sign at Chania airport. We had agreed on a fixed price. Excellent price/quality. The taxi driver was extremely nice and helpful! We had asked for a larger taxi to take the wheelchair. Was a nice big Skoda Codiac! Really recommend this taxi company!!

No problems at all when using Platanias Taxi for a journey from Platanias to the airport, complete with suitcases. Booked in advance, the taxi arrived on time, the driver was friendly and helpful, the car clean and good quality. Highly recommended.
