Not the best place to visit by wc. Only access to limited areas. The old town can also be a challage by wc, crowded and small Streets.

A beautifully restored castle. You can walk through it and really imagine what life in it would have been like. The mosaic tiles spread all over are an added bonus!

I visited the palace expecting to see Masonic Jewels from the Knights Templar. I did not see any Masonic instruments but this is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon. Also walked in the massive moat surrounding the Palace. Very nice.

This Castle is amazing! We walked from areas that were ancient into gift shops and restaurants that were modern all within 5 minutes. There are signs explaining sites within the castle walls but I’m sure a guide would be able to give a better story....More

We stayed just outside the walls but went in most nights for dinner or in the day for a walk round or cold drink. Would definitely recommend to anyone as is really nice and great architecture everywhere. If helpful please tick box below. Dan
