The Artistic Village is a family business. The founder and creator of the Artistic Village is Nikolas I. Simiakos. The Artistic Village has been operating since 1984 and we try to highlight various aspects of modern craftsmanship and culture. In the welcoming 600 sq. Metre art gallery you will be able to see innovative art works, ornaments, sculptures, special designs and compositions made from clay, glass, wood, bronze, iron, aluminium and other materials. Any of these pieces would be the perfect choice for a novel gift. Also, in the art gallery/studio, you can see original pictures which will make any space - personal or professional - look its best. The Artistic Village is home to the first museum where visitors can explore the past and learn about the art of ceramics from its beginnings to the present day. Entrance is free. Professionalism, imagination, distinctiveness, uniqueness and our love for the best are our "gold standard" for our long term success. Pay us a visit and discover our collections. The Artistic Village is on the eastern coast of the beautiful island of Rhodes, a few kilometres(20 Km) outside Rhodes town. It is easily reached from anywhere in the town by taking the national road from Rhodes Town to Lindos. Rhodes' "Diagoras" airport is only a 30 minute drive from the village, and Rhodes Town and the harbour are a similar distance away. You will find the Artistic Village between cosmopolitan Afantou and the tourist area of Kolymbia. The ample parking space, and the many outdoor relaxation areas in this beautiful and very pleasant environment, are only some of the facilities on offer to visitors to the Artistic Village.

Fabulous original pieces at prices to suit all pockets

Original ceramics with a grecian twist. Various prices. Over the years I have bought a number of items and the lovely lady that owns the gallery with her artist husband and son packages them securely and so far I have had no problems getting them home in one piece.

Amazing original artworks in gorgeous spacious gallery

Amazing variety of original artworks . Just went in for a browse and fell in love with a glass and driftwood yacht Had to buy it! Love original works of art. Will go back on our next holiday to Rhodes

Family business, very welcome and great selection, all beautiful! We walked in without any expectations and after perusing the large shop, we had a great conversation with the owner (Themi and Nikos - Themi speaks great English). We were shown the working area where a lot of the ceramic is made by hand and told about the process.
