We were asked by some friends two bottles of wine, the most expensive I believe, the Fiorduva Bianco and a red one, I believe a riserva as well.

We asked them for two boxes as the bottles were for a gift, they charged us for the boxes (very nice, in wood with the winery logo hot stamped) the price wasn't high but after we paid nearly 90euros they could have given us the boxes for free after spending that much.

As we live in Provence we asked to do a wine tasting to see what was special about these wines, we were told that we needed to book a tasting tour which I understand from others reviews that this must be done in combination with a dinner or lunch somewhere they have a convention with.

We come from a place with hundreds of Chateau where you just pop in and try all wines they have (for free). Unfortunately, we believe this tasting tour is just a rip-off money and as for our experience, it pushed us away from buying extra bottles which we could have done with a simple wine tasting.

We went on the 20 minute tour of this small family owned winery including the cellars and the steep vineyards clinging to the hillside high above the sea. This was followed by an incredible five course lunch with five wine pairings. We ordered the upgraded white wine and red wine food pairings (85 euros each but well worth it) Their wines are all great especially the white Fiorduva which is their flagship wine. I am now trying to find their wines in the United States since they do not sell or ship their wines to my location. It took a total of about 3 hours for the tour and lunch. We highly recommend this tour and tasting/lunch experience on the Amalfi Coast.

The winery is wonderful and the wines are excellent. The responsible for the winery called Bruna is very friendly and very competent. She showed us the winery and explained the production process perfectly.

My partner and I visited the winery in August 2018 where we toured the facility, cantina and vineyard. In addition we purchased the Fiorduva Deluxe tasting menu at Bacco Restaurant which is located across the street from the winery. The tour and tasting were excellent. The wine pairings were perfect especially the award winnng Fiorduva white. I would highly recommend this wine experience to anyone interested in seeing a winery on the amalfi coast.

We thought we would have a longer than 15min tour around the place but there is really not much to see. Some barrels, not working equipment and a couple of wine trees.
But the tasting was really nice, wines were delicious, view was amazing and food really great.
The waiter always explained the dish and the waine to go with it (you can choose ahead when you book the trip what menu you want).
It's a bit pricey but worth it I guess. Better go during later afternoon/early evening. We booked it for 2:00pm and it was too early for drinking wine and eating so much.

We wanted to have a winery experience in Amalfi, and this was pretty much the only one we found nearby. Our bus from Amalfi was late and we missed the tour time in 30 minutes, but we were able to join the next tour when we arrived so thank you for that.

The winery is quite small, and the tour is through fast compared to many other winery tours. You can also get more of it during the season as in June there wasn’t really anything going on.

You can buy wine from them, but they don’t offer a wine tasting in their premises. The tasting happens on the other side of the road in Hostaria di Bacco as a wine + dinner menu. This option works but I would have liked to taste the wines separately as well. The tour and communication were very polite and informative. It was a good experience but maybe not worth spending the time if you travel by bus as it took for a long time to get there and back and there wasn’t really anything else to do around (Ravello-Furore-Positano).

Winery tour where the grapes are grown on the side of the mountain. We saw the stainless steel containers and the oak barrels in the cave dig out of the mountain side.

This winery is off the beaten track and definitely worth the trip. A curvy drive up the mountain leaves you in what I call “upper Furore”. The town is quiet and authentic and the views are amazing! The winery tour will take you through terraced vines (some of the vines here are over 100 years old!) and detailed explanations of growing conditions and harvest. You also get to see their production areas and their stunning cellar.

Lunch at the associated restaurant is delicious. Courses are perfectly paired with Marissa Cuomo wine. I especially love the Fiorduva with their “catch of the day in crazy water”!

It was a very foggy day and there was absolutely no view to be seen from the restaurant. The fog was so unexpected as the weather the day before was gorgeous. So we chose not to go on the tour of the vineyards and did not go for the tour of the wine cellars as it was chilly, and we live in the Napa Valley vicinity anyway.

We did however stay for a long, leisurely lunch. We were emailed ahead while still in the U.S., nine different multicourse menu choices paired with various wines. All of the choices and combinations looked wonderful but we choose the deep fried pizza, the spaghetti with tomatoes, the steak and the hazelnut cookies. The steak was a little chewy but very flavorful. The highlight was the deep fried pizza. Not greasy at all but just delicious. The hazelnut cookies dessert was lovely. They pour what they call “wine cream” over the top them. It is made from red wine but I’m not sure what else is in it but it is super on top of those biscotti.

We bought three bottles of wine to take away to enjoy with our other dinners while we’re here in Ravello. It was a shame about the weather but we had had many chances to see the beautiful coastline already on this trip, and so on this visit to the winery we concentrated on enjoying the good wine and food!

We are so happy we visited here during our honeymoon! Bruna was so delightful - she was helpful initially through email when booking the tour and then gave a great tour of the winery. It was so cool to see the barrels inside the cave! We also really enjoyed the lunch paired with the wine tasting - the food was delicious and we loved all of the wines that we tried. I highly recommend buying wines to take back home with you... we were shocked at the reasonable price they charge to buy a bottle! We even bought one to drink on our 1 year anniversary next year. This was a great experience! My only recommendation would be to hire private transportation to take you there... we tried using the SITA bus and the driver dropped us off way too far away and we had to go up hundreds of steps to get to the winery. You shouldn't have any issues if you just get the private transfer!
