My two teenage girls and I had a great time making a gourmet lunch with Giudetta. Not only did she teach my girls how to be efficient in the kitchen, she was also patient and very kind. We made bruschetta, lasagna and tiramisu, all from scratch and it was the best and most memorable meal of our vacation! My husband... More

My husband John And I took a cooking class with Giuditta in early June, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Chianti this year. The menu was basic but we were instructed about the little details that give the fabulous authentic flavours, and honestly, it was the best lasagne we have ever eaten. We were really... More

This was one of my favorite nights in the Chianti region. There was just two of us and Giuditta made us feel right at home. We made unique tasty food that we were very proud of and enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking the vineyards. It was fun to chop, mix and make our own pasta. It was a very... More

Thankyou Giudetta. My family had a great day. Very good pasta and the best Tiramisu, and even better the next day with our left overs. I was very lucky, only booked it the day before. Its the cheapest in town, and worth every dollar. Lots of cooking and great vino. Great for any family. We have 3 daughters under 15,... More

Giuditta is a wonderful culinary instructor for the local Tuscan cuisine. The cooking class was extensive and throughout the course Giuditta gave us details that are sometimes overlooked which made the class so authentic. The course was very hands on with us doing the chopping, mixing, whisking, and so on including the making of fresh pasta. Overall a wonderful, worthwhile... More

We are a family of four with two childeren ages 10 and 13. We had a great experience with our family. They were very accomodating to our schedule and started an hour early with no notice. Our instructor was VERY accommodating as we were very late in getting there as we got lost many times trying to find the place! She actually came and got us! Guiditta was wonderful! .Typical Tuscan kitchen and wonderful surroundings to cook in. However,... More

Thanks for the criticism which will be useful to improve our services. We must point out that as is well explained in our site that we do traditional Tuscan food, Tuscan cuisine is famous since the Renaissance for its simplicity and naturalness, very different from the elaborate cuisine that is in fashion now.
