Set in a beautiful backdrop of the Scottish Highlands, this memorial pays a fitting tribute to the fallen soldiers of this country so that we may enjoy peace and freedom. We went on a foggy day but this did not alter the great experience of the site.

Stopped off here on the journey back to Inverness from a stay in Oban/Fort William. This statue is impressive from the drive up. We visited on a snowy /icy day and the car park was a little bit of an ice rink. However it was worth the skate to get there. Such a beautifully designed monument , located in a... More

Always amazes me every time I drive past more so lately as there is so many new memorials added after the recent conflicts. It shows this monument means so much to the fallen. Never forgotten. Beautiful resting place. Always worth a stop no matter the weather.

Lovely spot but can be inhospitable in poor weather. Lovely memorial and remembrance garden too. Ample parking but it can be busy in the summer with coaches.

Lovely place to stop and remember those who lost their lives for us. Stunning view, can get quite busy but most are there to pay respects.

What a beautiful monument to those that have their lives for us. The setting is absolutely stunning and allows you to reflect on your own thoughts as well as imagine what the soldiers experienced during their training.
