We thoroughly enjoyed this class. It was a fun but relaxing environment. Our teacher was so down to earth and lovely, could have chatted to her all day! Highlight of our trip to Melbourne.

Generally hands on. Simple recipes. Rice dumplings were very gluey....and bland. Could have enhanced by providing some recipes.

Super fun morning of dumpling making/eating. EJ was super friendly, fun and patient. Can't wait to put my new skills to use for my friends and family. Highly recommend.
