Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely little museum. At the time of my visit it was possible to climb up to and actually sit in the cockpits of a MiG15, a MiG21 & a An2.

Never before anywhere in the world have I been to the place where you may enter real planes and see what's hidden inside. That was amazing. And I found it in Burgas. Wow. Right opposite the airport. That's even more amazing, isn't it? Where in the world have you got a cool museum right opposite the airport?

Outdoor display of old soviet planes that has been in service in Bulgaria. We did not pay for the entrance and enjoyed the relative small museum

The aviation museum is located very close to the airport. Entrance fee is just 6 LV, very cheap. You can see there very nice Tupolev Tu-154, Antonov-12, Mig-21, L-29, Mi-2 and some others. The staff here is very friendly, and well informed about the aircrafts. Visited in July 2020

This museum mainly covers civilian aircraft operated by Balkan Airlines although a small number of military types has been added. Civil exhibits include an AN 12 transport aircraft whilst about 100 metres away an IL 14 sits on a roundabout.

Before the fall of the wall, the eastern powers gave us sleepless nights. But now I have been able to sit in a Mig 21 myself. Highly recommended.
