The island has interesting history, beautiful architecture and offers good food. The boat ride is very enjoyable itself. I don't recommend it for families with children under 2 age as the terrain is mostly rocky.

It's tiny yet absolutely beautiful. If you are in Burgas, this is a 'must see '. Ferry trip was 45 minutes each way and cost a massive £5.50 return. Lovely scenery, the smallest of beaches, a little church and a restaurant serving excellent local traditional...More
The island is small, one or two hours are enough to see everything. The boat ride itself was great, perfect for a lovely summer day. I highly recommend the visit.
This island is so cute and tiny! Spent a nice couple of hours here taking pictures and having lunch. The boat ride is nice, booked it via St. Anastasia website. Nice little attraction - a must visit when in Burgas.
I stumbled across the island when going though a comedic mental breakdown a few months ago and booked a trip that in my head promised to allow me the mental escape I really needed....needless to say the island and its amazing hosts did not disappoint....More
