This museum offers a great opportunity to spend a weekend with your kids. The amount of cars, planes, helicopters and war vehicles is amazing. The highlight is of course the Concorde and the Tupolev, which you can actually go into. If you did not have enough with the exhibitions, there is also an IMAX theater, where we saw a 3D... More

Tanks, Guns, uniforms, aircrafts, cars - you name it, this museum is one of the best in Germany that clearly gives its audience a chance to revisit the 20th century.

I visited the museum some time ago, but for sure I will never forget it. One of the best ever, with a lot of items you will never forget. You will have the opportunity to see two of the most impressive airline planes, the Concorde and the Tu-144. All the important war planes from WWII, tanks and artillery. Also all... More

I have always wanted to make a visit to this museum. On our drive from Stuttgart to Frankfurt we debated if we should make a stop. We did. The museum is interesting and has a lot of equipment on display. Depending on your museum habits, you can spend hours here. We spent about an hour and ran through it. I... More

From the moment you pull up in the car park at either the Sinsheim or Speyer sites, you know that this is going to be an experience unlike any other you have ever had in any museum, ever. Great presentation of exhibits with good context and information provided, but what was amazing was that you were allowed to go almost... More

This museum showcases some of the best, most interesting, well presented and eclectic auto/technical equipment ever built. The museum is extremely easy to access by train from Heidelberg, access is fast and the displays very well put together and really comprehensive. My biggest disappointment was that I had not allowed at least a day/preferably two to explore all on offer.... More

I absolutely loved this museum! I have been to quite of few museums growing up but none have been so much fun. I am 25 years old and felt like a little kid around all the big toys and awesome displays. This is a great place for adults as well as children. We had our 3 week old daughter with... More

If you love engines of any description then you will love this. You can easily spend a few hours wandering this imcredible selection and collection of cars, planes, tractors, trains, bikes, machines, military wares and so on. Colourful, sometimes interactive and good facilities otherwise, the place is geared up for enthusiasts. German and English translations. There is even a slide... More

Definitely a place to visit. The displays include everything from the beautiful classic cars of Marilyn Monroes days to racing cars, old steam trains, military, old sewing machines, first automobiles created right up to the wonderful old airplanes. You even get a chance to go up into the concord....bit frightening but interesting
