We were one of the lucky few that booked a landing tour for May 17th, about 3 months in advance for about $100/person. Unfortunately, on May 9th, once we were already in Ireland, we were informed via text (and email) that due to the nasty...More

Had an enjoyable experience going out to the Skelligs with Casey’s tours. Boat sat 12 people and a crew of 2. Hassle free organization, I got a text message with updates of the tour, delays etc which was very convenient. We were told of the...More

Our trip with Jim was excellent with entertaining and informative talks, when he was able to hove to, in gentler waters. We were lucky yesterday with just a gentle swell, so he was able to pull in close to the different points of interest. He...More

We went on the landing tour to Skellig Michael yesterday, blessed with the weather and experienced one of the most memorable days of our lives. The online booking and SMS contact with the company is easy and professional. The guide Jim and captain Mark were...More

We took the 2:30 pm tour and could not have been happier! You have to do this if you are near Portmagee. Our skipper was John and first mate Martin and both very knowledgeable and entertaining. Martin, a young lad, was very nice, I enjoyed...More

We went on the eco tour that took us around the Skellig islands. We had good views of Skellig Michael and saw it from all sides. Quite glad we weren’t on a landing tour as it was blustery and wet and the steps looked scary....More

We booked our tour months before coming to that place, and nothing to say on it, good tour, with a good captain whom explain lots of things about what's around the boat, so no need to think, just book it and enjoy it!

We booked 5 months ago and allowed 3 days in the area to hopefully mean at least one day the weather would be good. Night before the booking we got a reminder email immediately followed by a cancellation “due to weather “ and weather was...More

These lads are professional to their fingertips yet have a genuine human touch born through a love of what they do !. No better way to enter the water desert of the Irish Hermit tradition. An soul uplifting enchanting experience !.

I think the morning is best, having said that if the evening is the only option, then the later the better. As for wildlife, it's mostly gannets on view which look spectacular around the little Skellig island. Eddy
