Popped in here for a quick look, one and a half hours later we emerged after what would have been a taste of maybe 20 wines, numerous funny stories and entertainment from Stefano and his boss the wild boar. Make sure you try the love...More

Stumbled across this shop today and spent a very pleasant half hour or so with Stefano. To be fair, to call it a shop is doing it a disservice. A great and unexpected experience, sampled a number of very local wines, oil, chocolate and vinegars....More

Loads of fun, excellent wines from small producers, and a shopkeeper/performer who knows that you have to taste before you buy.

Before one enters what outside appears yet another Tuscan boutique wine shop, the aria of Puccini inspired investigation: "vincero, Vincero, VINCERO". Inside seems ostensibly a buffoon of some medieval court dressed somewhat appropriately and engagingly, except appearances in this case are altogether deceiving. Stefano could...More

We were drawn into Chianti in Panzano by the church which is visible at the edge of the ridge in Panzano. We ended up wandering down the street and engaged in a 2 hour discussion about wine, chocolate, art and philosophy with Stefano, host extraordinaire....More

Had a blast with Stefano. He knows his wine and is generous with his time and knowledge. Spent a very entertaining and educational hour with stefano and loved the wines he introduced to us. Grazzi Stefano

Entering Stefano´s Academia needs some time (at least 30 minutes) to enjoy a complete wine experience. Professor Stefano will lead you through a very complete Chianti wine tasting experience mixed with classical music, art and philosophy. He speaks Italian, English and many other languages. Don´t...More

Not sure this question made it to Stefano, but my suggestion would be to call and set up your own hour. It is a small shop 😊
