About
We are a Padi 5* dive centre offering scuba diving and snorkelling activities in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. The diving hosts a huge amount of marine life including stingrays, octopus, wrasse, trumpet fish, bream. They are mainly found on the stunning wrecks and reefs within the local area. The dive centre is based in Puerto Rico, but its very close to Maspalomas, Mogan, Tauro and Playa del Ingles, where we also offer courtesy pick up and drop offs. You wont regret learning to dive with Blue Water Diving. We offer personalized diving services and group sizes are small.

Together with my partner Rene we had a great time experiencing diving for the first time! After booking Discovery diving, Kate reached us by WA and send us links and instructions what to do before. We did some theory before course that was interesting and easy. We met next day on the Anadores beach (meeting point) with the team instructor Eileen and students for master exam Corrine, Preston, Verina and Michelle. From the first moment team was so friendly. Diving under guidelines of Eileen was experience we will never forget! They are all you could wish for, patient, calm, knowledgeable and professional! Kudos to all from Rene and Jelena! :)

Terrible! The man running the scuba diving was very rude, angry, bad mannered, ignorant and wasted a lot of my money as I didn’t even get to dive! Other people in the group also said how angry he was and that he’d just forgotten about them! And left them to guess as to what to do!

A last-minute decision to bus it into Puerto Rico, from Vacendario with no real plan, when we came across Blue Water Diving. We were made to feel really welcome by the staff, (even the grumpy Northener owner was a pussycat really😅 )
All the equipment was provided and of a high standard. The short boat trip to the reef was great fun, and the hour-long snorkelling session was wonderful. I'd highly recommend calling in and taking a trip out.

Whilst on holiday I joined Blue Water Diving for a mornings diving for qualified divers and they were flawless from start to finish! I hadn't planned to dive so I hadn't made a booking and I didn't have any kit with me. Kate was really helpful on the phone and got me booked in at pretty short notice.
On arrival the hire equipment was all in excellent condition and the boat was immaculate, which is always reassuring! Briefings from the boat captain, instructor and dive master were all very clear and no corners were cut with regards to safety.
The dives were brilliant. The water is very warm and clear, there's plenty to see and the conditions weren't challenging making it two all-round enjoyable dives. The instructor and dive master kept the group together nicely, pointed out a lot of interesting things and kept an eye on our air and NDL. The dives were of a decent length and depth. As soon as we surfaced the boat was ready and waiting.
I cannot fault Blue Water Diving at all and I'll be straight back next time I'm in the area. I've been on some holiday dives where safety and equipment can be a little too relaxed but this is the opposite. I wish I'd had the time to join them on more dives. Thank you!

I did 18 dives with Blue Water Diving. Everyone is so friendly, safety conscious and there are so many different dives with an amazing assortment of fish, eels and rays to see.
I rented top quality dive equipment and always feel safe in their hands.
My partner is a nervous diver but was put at ease by his dive guide.
The boat is outside the dive centre which makes it so easy and quick to load up.
I can't wait to dive again with Blue Water Diving!

Excellent! Can’t recommend them highly enough. Friendly, helpful team who kindly took me out for a confirmatory dive first due to being a little rusty. Then onto a nice sunken wreck in amazing visibility! String Ray, a couple of Moray Eels, Barracuda and many more besides. Even got to see a yellow submarine 😳. Was also able to hire a GoPro and will post photos of the dive and wildlife once I’ve downloaded them.
I’ll be back and am recommending you to my friends who are out in Puerto Rico later on in the year too.

2 dives in the morning. Great experiences, great team! Both dives were from boat.One at the nearby rocks the 2nd one at a ship wreck! It was amazing!

Booked for myself and my 10 year old Daughter prior to our Holiday. Communication the day before was excellent and the location was easy to find and stunning. Kate made us feel welcome and the dive itself was fantastic. Great shared experience for Dad and Daughter memories.

Hello, Your website indicates that you have snorkeling trips, but there is not much info on that and there are no pictures (maybe one) of snorkeling trips. Do you do snorkeling outings and are they shore or boat? Thanks very much for your help.

Hi. we are coming in July and my 7 year old would like to try snorkelling. Is this something you could help with? We also have a 3 year old although I doubt he would get in the sea to do it.

Hi, we are looking to dive in October. Can you please tell me what paperwork you need re medical certificates. We u derstand Spain require a full medical certificate or do you provide a form our Gp can fill in. I ask because one involves a higher cost than the other. Many thanks Dianne

Hi.. My apologies for the delay in the reply... As she is 9 years old we can start her off with either a Bubblemaker experience or the Padi Seal Team... Unfortunately due to her age shes unable to dive in the open water, but we can certainly give her some fun in the pool :)
