Different feel from the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Nice seaside restaurants and shops. Beautiful nature. Did not visit until 3rd trip to turkey. Plan on going back again this year.

I went to Burgazada Island on a wednesday afternoon and didnt even stay there for an hour as there was not anything to do except cafe and horse cart ride

Just take one of the IDO ships - the closest and cheapest you will find at Bostanci and they go to different islands.
