We were away for a weekend, and wanted to visit the atom. We parked in the car park above Wycoller and called here first. Stunning walk around the village, and a cuppa was had in the tea rooms. Lovely. Then we took the trek up...More

I've seen all the panopticon sculptures over the years and the Atom is beginning to look a little tired and as other have said smells like it's been used as a toilet. Not surprising really as a public toilet is a thing of the past...More

Many beautiful walks round here and historic properties. Dog friendly and toilets and car parking nearby. Beware of theft from your vehicle.

Visited with a disabled friend. Lovely views, unusual structure. Very interesting tho. One of four panopticon's in the area. It would have been nice if the path was Tarmac covered as my friend was unable to negotiate the path. But nice place nonetheless.

Hi, I have been reading about this sculpture on the Internet. Is it true that the large silver ball which is part of the sculpture has been stolen? I want to visit this amazing place but need to now if part of the sculpture has been stolen? Plz advise?
