Would highly recommend Rural Chauffeur. We were picked up promptly from The Black Swan in Helmsley for a surprise family retirement Sunday lunch at the Fauconberg Arms Coxwold Text to advise Elaine was on her way in a very nice black discovery which my husband loved. Elaine couldn’t have been nicer, she was friendly, chatty & a pleasure to travel with. Again a text to let us know she was outside to collect us, spot on time. All in all an excellent service, will definitely book again as we are regulars at The Black swan. Thank you Elaine…

Transport to Anniversary meal
My wife and I booked in at the Black Swan Oldstead. And contacted this company as it was on their suggested list of Taxis. This is not a Taxi firm they are way way way above that. Our Driver was Rob and he was fantastic. He even booked our times around his knowledge of the restaurant service. Then that car turned up an immaculate Land Rover Discovery. My wife felt like a VIP and scored me serious brown y points. Communication was brilliant and you get little text updates. Only way to sum it up was we had a 3 star chauffeur for a 1 star meal. Reliable and professional
Booked Robert for a number of trips over a 24 hour period and received an excellent service:- clean cars and safe drivers. When Robert was unable to make a trip he provided excellent drivers and in particular Jeremy who drove us from York to Skipton.
